The Fine Arts Department at Little Flower offers a wide array of electives in the areas of fine art, instrumental music, and vocal music. All Fine Arts courses are honors-level courses, but no experience is necessary to take a course.
Fine Arts consists of both studio art courses, as well as graphic design. Along with classwork, students have the opportunity to participate in some extra-curricular activities and contests, including; Art Club and the Art Futures Partnership with the Philadelphia Museum of Art. All students participate in the Annual Student Art Exhibit held each Spring.

Private lessons are offered to students enrolled in an instrumental music class, as well as those unable to be rostered, for a fee. Students participate in the Christmas and Spring Concerts, as well as for various school functions throughout the year. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in the LF Pep Band, along with auditioning for All-Catholic status.
Vocal music offers rostered group instruction, as well as the opportunity to audition for a select group known as the "Flowerettes". Vocal music students also participate in the Christmas and Spring Concerts, and at various school functions throughout the year. Vocal music students may also be selected to audition for All-Catholic.
