On March 11, Assistant Principal Kathleen Radebaugh met with grades 9-11 in the auditorium to introduce them to the Course Selection process for their rosters next year. Mrs Radebaugh shared her own story of growth as she went through middle and high school and then onto college. Juniors and Seniors then took the stage to share their experiences in courses which the younger students might not know very much about, AP Biology, AP English Language and Composition, Business, Graphic Design and so on.
Students also talked about taking three years of a language ot taking on a second world language in 12th grade. Mrs Radebaugh shared how her parents met, neither one really knowing what they wanted to do for a career. Her father became a veterinarian for large and small animals while her Mom took on the business side of running a practice with him. Her Mom had a degree in economics. Kristin Sheridan, College Guidance, talked with the students about what colleges are looking for in a transcript. At Little Flower we want student to go from great to extraordinary.
