Goal #1
By the year 2031, students within the following classes Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 will increase three percent in proficiency and decrease three percent in below basic each year within their assigned classes. This is measured three times within the year through the Renaissance Test.

By the year 2031, students within the following classes English 1, English 2, and English 3 will increase three percent in proficiency and decrease three percent in below basic each year within their assigned classes. This is measured three times within the year through the
Renaissance Test.

Goal #3
By the year 2031, all students (except for transfer students) will graduate with 40 hours of community service, 10 hours of community service per year for promotion to each grade level.

Goal #4
By the year 2031, all stakeholders (students, faculty, staff, parents/guardians, and alumnae) will have the opportunity to participate in school sponsored professional development and workshops each year based on Social and Emotional Learning Curriculum at Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls. In seven years, it will become a core developmental program with an emphasis on self and social awareness, financial and responsible decision-making skills, and communicating effectively to grow and build relationships.
